MIRAMSHAH | 02 June 2013:: Two security personnel on Sunday were injured in a remote controlled Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attack in restive North Waziristan Agency.
Official sources told Dawn.com that a security forces’ vehicle was targeted with an IED near the Esha check post, which damaged the vehicle and injured two soldiers.
Meanwhile, security forces foiled a sabotage bid in Spina Thana area near Darra Adamkhel by defusing a 10 kilograms bomb aimed at targeting security personnel.
The home-made bomb was planted along the road side near Darra Adamkhel.[Courtesy:Dawn].
